delivery & returns
Unless otherwise stated on the actual product's description, we dispatch items within 24 hours after payment received, Monday-Friday.
We ship worldwide from our UK base.
All items sent in the UK are shipped via Royal Mail or using a preferred carrier, with an optional Tracked Courier 1-2 day service available.
We will send you an order dispatched email letting you know when the item has been shipped.
Our returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1. In the unlikely event that you receive an item and it is found to be faulty/damaged, then we will refund the full price of the item including the original P&P costs, as well as the returns postage cost, or we can replace the item if you'd prefer.
2. If you change your mind about an item, or wish to return it for any other reason other than it being faulty/damaged, you are free to do so within the 28 day period, as long as you pay the return postage costs. We will refund you the full price of the item and the original P&P costs.
